WHY DON'T I GET A CHECK MARK AFTER I VIEW A SEGMENT TO SHOW ME MY STUDY PROGRESS?

• The problem is that browsers try to be smart so when you click the back button, the browser just shows the locally

           cached version. It does not actually ask the server for the page again so the recorded view will not show up.

           Refreshing the page will solve the problem. (Right click the web page and select "Refresh."

WHY DO SOME OF THE PRESENTATIONS NOT PLAY FROM THE BEGINNING?

• When we moved the presentations from the CD series, occasionally the first one second was not recorded.

           Don't worry...you only missed one word or so!

HOW DO I PAUSE IN A PRESENTATION TO READ WHAT IS ON THE SCREEN?

• Do you see the bar at the bottom of the presentation? Click on the arrow and you will pause.
